Brenton Hatch

Brenton is a seasoned executive and director and was named a 2015 CEO of the Year by Utah Business magazine. He spent decades in international education, consulting, and founded Profire Energy (NASDAQ: PFIE), a worldwide leader in oilfield technology. He has led many companies through organizational restructuring to expand their teams’ vision and improve their performance.

Brent emphasizes a healthy environment of work / life balance, and ensures each employee is personally cared for. He spends Friday afternoons delivering 20-dozen donuts to various local families and employees who need a visit and warm smile.

Keaton is passionate about building scalable, fast-growing companies, and has managed private and public companies, including operations at Profire Energy (NASDAQ: PFIE), one of the fastest-growing companies in North America.

He is familiar with the full spectrum of operations: from ground-level processes that facilitate product-fulfillment to large-scale operational principles that make an organization scalable. He enjoys building companies’ potential and works hard to facilitate high-value partnerships with portfolio companies.

Keaton studied Finance at Utah Valley University and is an avid outdoorsman. He spends significant time serving local families in need.

Nate McBride

Nate is experienced in managing very high-growth companies, most recently at Profire Energy (NASDAQ: PFIE) where he served as VP Finance & Strategy and led the company’s uplisting to NASDAQ. He has broad experience in growth-capital strategy, having raised over $75M in public offerings, private offerings, debt- and venture financings.

He also has unique experience managing strategic, finance, and legal activities of both public and private companies, including acquisitions, owner buy-outs, and creative partnerships. He finds significant purpose in helping companies develop and grow.

Nate graduated from BYU, where he studied both Business Strategy and Economics. He has two awesome children.

Kacie Malouf

Kacie Malouf is the co-founder of Malouf Companies™ and board chair of the Malouf Foundation™. In 2003, Kacie and her husband Sam started a small business that would one day grow into Malouf Companies™—a Certified B Corporation™ comprised of 55 companies that employs over 1,600 people, operates with 16,000 retail partners in 56 countries, and is consistently ranked among the best places to work in the United States.

In 2016, to formalize the company’s charitable efforts, Kacie and Sam founded the Malouf Foundation™ to confront child sexual exploitation, specifically sex trafficking and online abuse. In 2022, Sam and Kacie were named Entrepreneurs of the Year by Mountain West Capital Network. Kacie was also recognized as one of Utah Business’s 30 Women to Watch in 2020.

She lives in Utah with her husband and five children.

Sam Malouf

Sam Malouf is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Malouf Companies™ and president of the Malouf Foundation™. As a graduate student at Utah State University, he and his wife Kacie started a small business that would grow into Malouf Companies™, a vertically integrated business with operations in consumer products, technology, retail, logistics, and venture.

Sam lives in Utah with his wife and their five children.
